Yin Yoga

A yoga class designed to stretch the deep connective tissues of the body, the joints and ligaments. Each pose is held for several minutes and the focus is on allowing the body to open at its natural pace. This is a mellow class that is suitable for all levels.

Flow Yoga

This class is a great introduction to the yoga poses that serve as the foundation for a movement based yoga practice. The emphasis is on proper alignment and awareness of the breath in each pose.  You will work on strength, balance and flexibility, all at a nice slow pace, with plenty of instruction. Suitable for all levels.

Yin and Yang

Combining the activity of Flow (yang) with the mellowness of Yin, this class offers the best of both worlds.  We start with movement, get the blood flowing , then slow it down with some deep tissue stretches.

Private Session

Private yoga classes are a great choice for folks looking for individualized instruction. Whether you have a specific physical or mental health issue you want to focus on, or you want more one on one time to ask questions about your practice, a private sessions can be very helpful.  Private sessions cost $80 (local) per hour and can accommodate up to 4 people (or more for increased price) and can be a nice way for family and friends to enjoy yoga.  Private sessions are by appointment only.
